Our mission at Ingrid Knight, RD & Associates, Inc. is to improve lives through behavioral and educational therapy provided by the experts in nutrition and health. Ingrid Knight is an expert in nutrition counseling as well as insurance reimbursement. She served on the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics' Nutrition Services Payment Committee, which advocates for expanded coverage and payment for Registered Dietitian Nutritionists. Her knowledge base includes Accountable Care Organizations (ACO), Patient-Centered Medical Homes (PCMH), the Affordable Care Act (ACA), and future healthcare changes as it relates to Registered Dietitian Nutritionists. She is available for individual and group nutrition counseling and serves as a speaker on the local and national levels.

"I work with all ages of individuals and families that have a variety of nutrition-related needs. I have personal and professional experience with Adult Weight Management, pre-diabetes, Diabetes, Allergies, Food Allergies and Intolerances, Interstitial Cystitis, and stomach/digestive issues, including EOE (Eosinophilic Esophagitis/Eosinophilic Immune Dysfunction). I have many years of experience with pediatric nutrition, hold a Certification in Pediatric Weight Management, and I have experience with lactation consulting."
Jennifer Price, MS, RDN, LD
"I work with adults to improve their health and performance through nutrition. I have an MS in Foods and Nutrition. I specialize in performance nutrition for soccer, football, volleyball, golf, baseball, wrestling, basketball, tennis, cheerleading, swimming, track, and cross country; nutrition for weight and muscle gain for sport; nutrition for endurance training and racing; nutrition for strength training and weight lifting. I also work with people interested in losing weight, including individuals with medical conditions such as hypothyroidism and polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)."
Ashley Meachum, RDN, LD
"I work with adults with nutrition-related needs such as kidney disease, heart disease, malnutrition, and older adult nutrition. I have 15 years of clinical nutrition experience and over 7 years of outpatient nutrition counseling experience. I help clients manage various disease states and improve their overall health by assisting them in setting personalized goals. In regards to weight management, I am supportive of The Health at Every Size® approach."
