Julie Wallace

Julie Wallace is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist with over 10 years of experience ranging from clinical settings to weight loss and outpatient. She earned her degree from Life University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Her Dietetic Internship and undergraduate field studies provided over 10 months of experience in the field and included facilities such as Grady Hospital, Skyland Trail, Wellstar/Kennestone, DaVita Dialysis Centers, Diabetes Outpatient.

With her interest in overall well-being, Julie has recently rounded out her education by becoming a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM) and Zumba Instructor. She also became Board Certified in Pediatrics during her time at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

Julie is passionate about seeing a person who they are and where they are. She understands where the science ends and a person begins: what someone likes to eat, who makes meals or does grocery shopping, and the many nuances of nutrition that can be easily overlooked. While there are evidence-based practices, Julie is passionate about helping others reach goals effectively.

Julie’s specialties include diabetes, weight management, pediatric eating/weight concerns, sports nutrition, IBS, and vegetarian diets. Although these are her specialties, her vast experience allows her to help with conditions or concerns sometimes outside of those listed above.
